(I know a lot of this is KTM shooting themselves in the foot with some sketchy decisions, but jeez, this is a really big company!)

If I can find a 1390SDR for the right price. Hopefully they can sell off MV Agusta, that could help, not sure why they purchased them. Likely many of those bikes are the lower displacement.

2017 SDGT, 50k trouble free miles. It sold new for near $20k, I bought it used with 18k miles for just under $10k with a bunch of spares, screens, tools, and rear stand. As it sits likely worth $3-4k, that’s a ton of bike for that money. I will sell it for peanuts next year just because I want a BMW GS 1250 and don’t want more than one bike.

Bajaj Auto is acquiring Pierer Industries’ stake in the parent company of KTM, Husqvarna, and Gas Gas, in a deal estimated to be worth €800 million (US$901.8 million) and is expected to be completed by May 2026 (pending regulatory approval, of course).

The Indian company already owns a 49.9% stake in Pierer Mobility, the parent company of the three motorcycle brands. The remaining 50.1% is owned by Pierer Industrie AG, but today, Pier Industrie and Bajaj reached an agreement to transfer it all to Bajaj.
