The investment bank or whatever that bought out the original and made it a chain ruined it. Pizza flat out sucks in the two Boston locations I've been to. Sally's just opened here recently. And important to note, it hasn't been lost on me that so many NYC restaurants are moving to Boston which is pretty much a food desert. That New Haven and NYC shops are moving up here means I have a better chance of success since will be years before they saturate/overtake the market. I'm surprised that some Bay Area (San Fran) Asian restaurants, mostly dumpling, haven't moved to Cambridge. They'd do well.

It's expensive, but you should give Ceres a try. Phenomenal! You need to plan your visit though. They only make a limited number of pizzas a day. So, you need to stop there first and they will assign you a time when your pie will be ready.

I hope to be going to Brooklyn within the next few weeks, I will add Ceres to the itinerary.
