A great Porsche Icon has passed
A great friend and the Porsche OG Outlaw just passed.
Gary Emory, the spirit behind the 356 Outlaw brand and a great Porsche legend will be remembered. Everyone knows about the 356 Outlaw but how many of you know that Gary and Neil (his dad) were the inspiration behind the Baja Bug. I was honored to build engines for a few of his legions and his creations will live forever. I loved Gary and will miss him. Rod will be a great ambassador to the outlaw brand. ![]()

I remember meeting Gary when my brother asked me if I wanted to go with him to Parts Obsolete when they were in Costa Mesa.
Could not believe the amount of 'Stuff' in that place. Then, years later my brother told me Gary was moving to Oregon, I thought Lord help the movers. I forget how many truck loads it took to move all the 'Stuff' north, but it was more than a few. RIP Gary. I know the 356 community is going to miss you a lot. My condolences to them and all who knew you as a friend.
