Slot Cars And A Kitty!!!

I set up a slot car track for Zack today and our kitty Esmerelda loved chasing the cars. I have two Carrera Go sets so I combined pieces to make a big road course.
Hmmm, I wonder which car she is cheering for?

See if this works. Here is a link to a short video of Esmerelda having some fun with the slot cars.

Go Number 31!

I should get my Scalextrix out. We have two new kitties to entertain.

Nice, hours of fun for Esmerelda (what would the nickname for that be? Esmee?). And she'll be in tip top shape after all of the chasing, although I suspect the cars will take a beating.

No, it is a Carrera Go set with 1/43 scale cars.

Our cat will also bounce on passing cars. Dog couldn't care less. But the fur gets everywhere.

That's pretty funny.

Cat's got a mischievous look on her face.

Here is a longer video of Zack playing with the slot cars and Esmerelda knocking them off the track.

Esmerelda is a champion at that game.

One of my cats liked my model train. He knew he wasn't allowed to ruby tackle the train so he used to pretend he was just doing stretches that purely coincidentally happened to bowl the train.

Does the set have a governor to limit controller max input? I ask because the speed is consistent without being too fast.

Great times for all. Well done!

Not sure about a governor or not. It does have a button on the controllers called a "turbo button" that gives an extra boost of power. I set the track up so that Zack could just go wide open for most of the time, he is four and learning to use the set. Lol.

Pretty kitty!

We used to set up the Lego electric train and let the cats chase it (although the black one just took to waiting patiently and derailing it when it came past).
