A 1981 with 29000 miles. Time to enjoy the car.
Harry's Garage also featured a Porsche this week. A 2010 997 GT2RS. Over 600 hp with a manual box. He said it was headed for auction and would likely fetch around 400k. Not that it matters, but I was more drawn to the '81.

Thanks, Shaun.
That was almost enough to make me start missing my old SC.

The comments about the shifting being ghastly as always annoyed me. My 915 shifts perfect. Totally satisfying and better than any of the dozen manual cars I’ve had. I’ve watched every one of his videos and the time he talks about my car he annoyed me

I had an '80. Rebuilt the 915 at Rothsport. It shifted like a notchy bit of mechanical perfection. Really really a great car.
