Air Fryer Hack
If you have an air fryer, you prob use parchment paper liners to avoid the clean-up.
I use the air fryer often for bacon. When it's done the grease is all contained by the liner and it's easy to pick it up and empty it to a jar or container. The problem with the liners is that if they aren't full up with food....the fan will lift the liner and hit the element. Sometimes the lifted liner will cover the food...sometimes it will scorch the liner and create ash. These silicone covered magnets hold the liner in place easily. Amazon has them and the paper liners. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DNSJTLZ4?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1

Link won't work on here....if you want to check them out, just search 'Air Fryer Magnet Silicone Buckle' on Amazon.

Hmm...that could be huge! We do bacon in the air fryer sometimes and it is always a mess to clean up. We have the door style but I think this would still work.

^^^ I'd estimate that I've done bacon at least 50 times in mine without one drop of grease to clean up. It's all caught in the liner and emptied into a container and then the liner is tossed. (liners are inexpensive on Amazon)
Bacon is great in an air fryer. I like it very crisp, so I usually use the bacon setting for almost 2 cycles.

Ours is a Ninja 301, basically 9 slice sized basket. Never used parchment but do toss the drip tray in the dishwasher.

The one in the pic is a Gourmia.
I had doubts when someone told me about the liners. I wondered if the food would be cooked less with the bottom covered. I have not found any difference. The heat is blasted down from the top and it cooks it fine.

Seems to me the air fryer is just a small convection oven.

Agree.
Other than bacon...my fav air fryer item is fries. The thinner ones air fried until they are crispy with dip is a great snack. I use Chick fil A sauce for the dip .

My Wife does chicken breast, salmon and mahi-mahi in the air fryer.
I like fries (especially Arby's seasoned curly fries) and reheated pizza. Otherwise I'm grilling or stovetop. I'm just weird that way. Don't like microwaves either.

I think my favorite thing to cook in the air fryer is chicken wings. maybe a spritz of oil before going in. flip about 2/3 of the way through.
Hot tip- leave plain to cook then give a good coating of old bay. THEN drizzle some warmed up honey on them. O M G...the absolute best way to eat wings. you would use more old bay for the honey than if you weren't doing the honey.

^^^ That sounds good...never tried wings. I will now.
A friend told me she does burgers in hers all the time. I tried it and was surprised how good it turned out.

I do also...but the air fryer is faster and easier than the oven for me. With the parchment paper liners....just lift the fat out and pour it into the jar...done. No clean-up needed.
