I invented a new fast food today

Not really as it's just a unique variation on a croquette theme, but these things have legs in the current KFC craze. That said, these are pork. They are extremely tasty and have a potato chip style addiction quality in the two I made.

Flatten them down before deep frying, slice and top with tonkatsu sauce.

The balls are perfect for one bite popping in your mouth. That's one of the addictive qualities.

Now to brand them with a catchy name. First up: Balls O'pig. But you say it fast "balsopig."

Love them both but the best I've come up with today is Protein Pops, working name, which of course won't be what they will be called. But important to note is there will be beef and chicken versions and veggie too. the key to them is how the meat is processed. That's what makes them unique, definitely never done before and addictive.

I can do "chocolate" centers a la Tootsi Pops.

That willl be a game changer.

scotch eggs made with quail eggs? How about a bite-size turkducken? Maybe some wild game like venison?

When we open franchises in Montana, we'll have a venison option.

I would use a duck binder for those.

Here are Vietnamese caramelized pork w/ scallions and carnitas with jalepeno & cheddar. Standard Asian and ranch dipping sauces. Very tasty. These I made pretty big and they definitely need to be marble sized one bite poppable to maintain stuffing them in your mouth as fast as you can. Need a melon scoop or something or something custom made. Need to work on making progress and things like coating size and thickness.

They look similar to Hush Puppies....except with better filling than corn meal.
