As an update. He offered me the car for $16,800. I told him not so much and reported him to Ebay safe harbor. So be it I guess. He was a bit annoying on the phone telling me that he didn't care about feeback or what people say about him. OK, he sells cars for a living right, maybe he should care. Whatever, I'm done with him.
