OK.. the tube showed NYC people as being very " taking it in stride" ..like NYC big businessmen and women were walking over the NYC bridges and hitch hiking home because the trains and subways were kaput.
it was kinda like hanging with the older Englishmen culture who have been dragged over the coals since WW2 and remain cool. I've hung with that culture under difficult times.
