Doctor's Mistakingly Remove Man's Penis

Penis Removal Just Latest In Series of Surgical Mistakes, But Patients Can Protect Themselves

Aug. 11— After 67-year-old Hurshell Ralls went into surgery for bladder cancer, he came out of surgery missing more than he ever expected. His penis and testicles were gone.

"My wife had to hold my hand in the bed there. And she said 'Honey it's over. They got all the cancer.' And she waited a few minutes and then said 'But they had to remove your penis.' And I was one mad dude, you know," Ralls said on ABCNEWS' Good Morning America.
Well, if Texas is one of the states that has recently capped liability limits at the request of the poor doctors and insurance companies he will probably be very limited in the money he can recieve since its not like they killed him or anything.

If wrongful deaths are now being limited to $250K in many states then I imagine an old man's penis will not be concidered worth much more than a used car.

I can see that happening to me; there's a couple of ways this joke can go: a doctor thinking he was separating siamese twins, removing and extra limb, or a dermatologist who thought it was a zit.

Hmm, well let's look at the basic "measurements" of Kelly Blue Book....
1. Mileage (how many miles are on it?)
2. Is it shiny. (Interesting!)
3. Does it leak? (if so there's always penicillin)
4. Is it Straight? (could take that two ways, you be the judge)
5. Model year? (like cars it probably depreciates)

Ohh, I could go on and on....
