The Many Faces of Malaria - Lens Blog - NYTimes.com

'Aspirators are used to suck mosquitos from the skin to catch them,
"We are in training to catch mosquitos. In order to capture mosquitos you must expose some skin. When the mosquito comes it will land on the skin and you direct the aspirator and you suck the mosquito into the aspirator

Tube sheet? You know about these, don't you?
They're seal welds on the tubes to handle the higher pressures, just rolling them wouldn't be enough.
Dunno what the metallurgy is, proprietary. Big secret for some reason.
We had a 400 series stainless exchanger in there, didn't last very long.

Those are similar to the ones the US Navy uses in their pressurized water reactor systems. The radioactive water flows through the tubes and the ones I have worked on were about the same but the overall bundle was shorter. I was part of a crew that plugged 6 tubes in one of the tube bundles on the USS Enterprise while off the coast of Vietnam in 1971 or there abouts. The real worry was getting radiated when you stuck the upper half of your body in the hole so you could work!

Oh yeah, we continued flight ops and bombing the VC while we did the plugging job too!
