It's called the Ponte City Apartments. The wiki article says the trash in the inside core once reached 5 stories height. It has been sold a few years ago and is being redeveloped at present.

TBH I half expected to have been renamed in honour of
Mandela/Botha or Bono towers, then I could have used the lift not reaching the. Upper floors analogy I had wriitten down here handy. I worked with a South African some years ago, and he told me about the sort of things the Native SA got up to when given Western 'housing' so I reckon the trash piling up sounds about right. The idea of that and discarded fag butt tossed amongst it is a bit worrying, It would look even more the chimney it already does |
