The man on the right is not a man of color... That's Jay Cutler, going to or coming form a body building contest. They rub themselves in with some stuff that gives them a darker color. This will show more muscularity and definition when competing...
He's a white guy, like the one on the left...  That is not a breadstick with boobs on his right, just a very skinny chick....
