interesting you consider Louisiana a third world country. you watch too many made in Hollywood movies about the south
he gets $200+ per linear ft with his homebuilt machine. not quite 3rd world actually that's 125ft of bulkhead he's doing with his 3rd world equipment... $40k

coming from the ultra modern sophisticated state of oklahoma I'm sure it was shocking to see people still living in rural areas. but amazingly, most of us have things like flush toilets, telephones.. even automobiles and tvs
