I don't know. There are a couple guys at my gym that are older then Arnold that have much better looking bodies then the after Arnold. I sent the pics to Snopes. We'll see if they can get to the bottom of this.

 Removed from a 1975 Fiat 124 Spider, 1.8L. Valve was folded over and crushed after timing belt broke. Rust and crud is from sitting in the weather for a few years.
