Bill Bonds was only in LA from 68-70. Went back to Michigan in 71.

Bill was apparently quite the character. Stopped in his Ferrari for speeding back in the 80's, if I remember correctly. He MAY have been drinking as well.

That is a GP! I learned to drive on my father's 1967 Catalina Ventura convertible. Fathom blue with bucket seats in pearl white and 8 lug drums (have a set of spares too). 400 c/inch with a Carter quadrajet.

Still has it!

The GP shared the nose treatment with the Bonneville (the hidden headlamps).

There was an "HO" option which had a 428 and an additional option of a floor mounted stick.
