Can I apply Vantablack to my car?

Though this would undoubtedly result in an amazing looking motor, unfortunately the limitations of Vantablack in respect of direct impact or abrasion would make this an impractical proposition for most people. It would also be incredibly expensive.

Calling BAZ! Do you know what this is? The plant sprung up in my yard during the fall. It didn't look like a weed, so I assumed it was a bulb of some type and let it grow. I walk back for the first time in a couple weeks and WOW! After 9 years at this house, this is the first time it's bloomed.

Clivia miniata - aka Kaffir Lily

It's rare to see a RED variety...the standard variety is ORANGE.

I have some at my place that are the YELLOW variety that came from Monrovia.

They only bloom once per year and are kind of a novelty.

I like them because I think the name is cool.

I walked around that back area and found another one with a different color (not as healthy tho). I wonder why they decided to come up and bloom this years? if they had bloomed before, I certainly would have noticed them.
