One of my favorite episodes "King 9 Will Not Return" - it was inspired by the Lady Be Good found in the Libyan desert after being reported missing since the war.

"Lady Be Good" gone missing after a mission from Libya to Italy and flew 400 miles south beyond their home base. Crew bailed and the plane spiraled in and bellied into the desert. 16 years later they found the plane and 8 of 9 crewmen. God rest their souls.
video of such: Rumor has it (from night watchmen) that one of the engines from Lady Be Good at the Write Patterson AF museum starts up at 3am.  And parts from Lady Be Good that were installed on other aircraft are rumored to have caused the recipient plane to crash. Three such incidents and 10 lost their lives. "Lady Be Good" > National Museum of the US Air Force™ > Display Scary stuff. |

Location: Placerville, CA.... You know, the only place on Highway 50 between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe the you find signal lights. Above the fog most of the time and I can see the stars of the Milky Way 8 out of 10 nights. Kinda cool.....
