But why is the Honda so far away from the booth? I mean, looking at the impact damage to the Nissans right corner, it is obvious that the Honda was not right up close to the booth as if to pay the toll.

Further, if the Honda were stopped there when the Nissan impacted, the inertia would not have allowed them to come to rest like that.

I personally believe it was two people trying to get there first... the a-hole yankees not yeilding thoery. Maybe it's a "fast-pass/ez-pay" type portal that you just drive through and do not actually stop to pay. Further lending to the possibility that it was a race to to see which jackace gets throught the gate first.

Unfortunately I don't think I have the capacity to be "that good" for Santa to bring me a GT3 Cup car. Maybe I am short changing myself - but for a whole calender year - not sure I could pull it off.

I think if it was a gullwing the engine would be leaning to the side. Good guess though, I must say. The gullwing door had huge sills - to get across a tubular frame much like what's shown. The intake runners also look 300SL-ish.

I guess I should have posted the story with original pic, taken by a friend. The female in the Nissan was at fault, said she was looking for her E Z Pass and wasn't expecting the Honda to stop in lane. (Honda driver was mistakenly in a "No Cash" lane without an E Z Pass and was waiting for an attendant.)
