Nope, those are the stock positions of the wiper arms.

This is the reversed position (where the wipers aren't at the bottom of the windshield on the driver's side in the driver's line of site).
Fortunately, it's a super easy change to make as a DIY.

Yes they are reversed. The straight arm goes on the left spindle, the angled one on the right.

Mine has the wipers in the stock position, pointing to the driver's side.

I think there is some confusion.
Reversed, wipers pointing to passenger's side.
SWITCHED, bent and straight arm switch position but still pointing to the original side (driver's side)
Maybe this is a better way to describe it?
