Yeah they eat the head first as a delicassy.
 Head ears torso, it's always gone The ass and rear feet is all I ever found of rabbits in the morning Old folks around these parts are the same, if they have been through the wars, they ate rabbits hole and the head is the best bit to them.. My 86 year old grandma was close to the end.. wouldn't eat much.. no more gusto. But when i showed up with rabbit stew, I had put the head on top in the pot When I took the lid of , grandma saw the head , she went to town on them rabbit brains...

Location: Placerville, CA.... You know, the only place on Highway 50 between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe the you find signal lights. Above the fog most of the time and I can see the stars of the Milky Way 8 out of 10 nights. Kinda cool.....
