Life imitates art.

I just watched a 1996 Chris Rock video title "Bring the Pain".

This video was recorded when the OJ trial was happening. I couldn't believe what he pulled out:

Was the recent book fiasco inspired by the Chris Rock joke? Or was this an incredible coincidence?

imageshack

Some of the vintage parts are interesting I guess but could they at least be in focus? No offense.

Yes, please stop. If you're looking for free hosting, go to photobucket.com. Or just upload the image to Pelican to get the URL, but don't post it.

I agree. Talk about wasting bandwith. Start a thread of your own if you feel you need to share these with everyone.

Byron,

Would love to see a thread of nothing but the pics of these old parts. Am not going to ever go through the random photos to see all of them but if you posted them in a thread (and let us know where it is) would love to see them.

Joe

If those were going to be listed FOR SALE here, I would list them in classified, but since it is a private collection, this is about the only way to share those pics.

I think that's a fantastic idea. I will say in Byron's defense, at least he's posting pictures. And seeing as I've appointed myself temporary, unauthorized, deputy police of the random pics thread, it is a PICS THREAD. Lots of submissions with no pics. At least post SOMETHING no matter how inane or stupid, like this..

His own thread is a good idea. What's wrong with that? Thom should do the same with his Ghia pics. They'll get buried here.

I could make a really long signature line if I wanted to. Having a large penis, don't need to...

Heck yeah, I'd do my own thread if I were BVD.
"Porsche relics" or something like that. Neat stuff. Like looking into a dusty garage.

Byron, the buzz is that the parts posts *appear* like ads for items for sale - in light of your signature line which includes this stuff:

76 930 flared 911 (soon to be 73 RSR Clone) FOR SALE
Trades

Anyone recognize this classic view from a mountain top? Picture taken in 1994. Mountain is referenced as a location for a rail gun in several Scifi books.

BTW, that rusty front clip is an actually 74 RSR (at least what is left, LOL) that raced all over the USA & canada, crashed very hard at Daytona, )

And steve, not according to your wife you don't
