Looks like somebody should be slapped, fined and/or imprisoned for improper use of the Flag. This is a symbol of our country and should be treated as such. Not as depicted in the picture. Freedom isn't free.

The flag code, Public Law 94 - 344 & Title 4 USC Chapter 1, does not carry any criminal penalty for violations.

Some state laws do.

Clearly these are skanks who will do anything for money, which is the only thing that they have respect for. From their behavior, it is obvious that they don't even respect themselves.

-- The QWERTZ layout is fairly widely used in Germany and much of Central Europe. The main difference between it and QWERTY is that Y and Z are swapped, and most special characters such as brackets are replaced by diacritical characters.

-- The AZERTY layout is used in France, Belgium and some neighbouring countries. It differs from the QWERTY layout thus:

* A and Q are swapped,
* Z and W are swapped,
* M is moved from the right of N to the right of L (where colon/semicolon is on a US keyboard),
* The digits 0 to 9 are on the same keys, but to be typed the shift key must be pressed. The unshifted positions are used for accented characters.

-- The QZERTY layout is used mostly, if not exclusively, in Italy, where it is very common on typewriters.

The QWERTY layout was designed in the 19th century to allow typewriter salesmen to easily type the word "typewriter" and to prevent typebars from sticking. We've been stuck with QWERTY ever since.

This is the keyboard layout that I use

And this is the keyboard that I use.

They need road signs like this in Texas. The "Left Lane for Passing Only" signs aren't clear enough for most drivers

They have these signs on the side of the road in North and South Carolina, I do believe they are on the side of the Interstate in Florida too. Just not as much as the speed limit signs. Nor enforced.
