I was with you right up until the mayonnaise part. {shudder} Mayo gives me the willies.
I think the beef/cheese/bacon stoichiometry is not quite right. Two more pieces of cheese and at least two more of bacon. Then, add a fried egg, half an onion and some ketchup. mmmmmm. JP
