Thats the dome on the Intercontinental Hotel in Chicago. Was originally built in the '20's as the Medina Athletic Club, and the dome was intended as a blimp/dirigible mooring point.

Purely ornamental, and empty inside, I believe.

agree with you fellas, at work a few of the troops I supervise are the young 21ish perky in all the right places. I don't think I will ever get tired of looking at the younger ones...yet the older ones look great as well.
