Here's what's missing. Building 1475 is not configured as I remember it from 89-93 (where's the refueling crane?). The parking lot in front of the Easy Money Building is a grassy lawn. Sub-Safe would not have started until after the loss of the Thresher, but the building may have been built before that use.
