Fail Safe
Watched Charlie Rose, one of his guests was former Senator Sam Nunn. Nunn and Phil Gram got a bill passed when they were in teh Senate to allocate money to fund disposal of the Soviet Nuclear arsenal. Today he heads an organization devoted to that task.
Nunn said that the US is walking toward the goal of eliminating Nuclear stockpiles in the ex USSR, when we should be running. He said that not only the region where the device was detonated would be effected but the World ECONOMY would be destabilized if a Nuclear device should go off anywhere in the world. In that everybody would be looking to when & where the 2nd one would go off. He said it should be the first thing on the agenda of the USA in it's dealing with Russia.
Hmmm...Didn't I say something to that effect previously???? U know come to think of it I did!
