Heard this morning he is out of the Chairman spot to be replaced by Mitchell.
He currently retains the title of CEO I saw he is out no later than the end of the year. They will buy his contract out

HOOOORAY!!!!! After Eisners #2 guy was killed in that helicopter crash everything fell apart...which goes to show you it wasn't Eisner that was the genius behind the Mouse.
Oh...the Pension Funds want Eisners head, and they are going to get it...
