White foaming froth under oil filler cap.
Added some oil today, and noticed some white foam/froth, under the oil cap. Any ideas? (The outdoor temperature has been fluctuating due to seasonal change, this have any influence?)

It just means it's winter time. A good long hot drive will burn off any moisture in the oil. But don't worry, it's normal.

That phenomenon, can be easily explained by too many trips to Starbucks.

my car does the same thing due to my 7 mile round trip commute. if it's foaming at the oil filler tube then also ck your oil breather hose. had to remove mine and wash out lots of foam.

That white stuff is directly related to oil contamination from dihydromonoxide.

Dihydromonoxide is not dangerous to drink, but don't breath it. Thats hazardous to your health.
