Big waves...
Maybe not so cool as the "hot" Chernobyl biker chick, or as inflammatory as debates about whether or not Colin Powell ought to run with Pirellis or Michelins, but still pretty neat:

Yak! That gives me the heebies. I'd hate to think what those waves must be like in person.
I've been in 30 foot seas in a couple hundred foot Catalina Island ferry with about 150 people, all of them but three, myself, my dad, and my friend were all violently ill. To the tune of 8-10 55 gallon barrels filled with bags containing stomach contents. This was during a huge wind-storm, must have been 1992 or something. It was the last boat going out, boy do I wish we'd just stayed in Avalon. The smell and the sound of retching was nearly unbearable, until we hit a really rough trough and three of the windows broke, sending glass showering all over me and the rest of my family. Fortunately, no one was hurt. There was some funny stuff though... I was walking out the rear exposed deck with my dad to get some fresh air. My dad, being the dapper ass he always is notices a large gentleman with a beard sitting wedged between the rear row of seats and the bulkhead. He had soiled himself, stuff all down his front and in his beard. Just looking completely miserable Dad says: "Buddy, I don't think you realize it yet, but you've just hit a low point in your life." ![]() Anecdote pour vous, JCM

50 bucks to the guy who stands on the bow of that boat and screams "I'm KING OF THE WORLD!"
