Message from Osama, ends all threads!
He says he did it.
He was responsible for 9/11. He says he was responsible for Madrid and the regime change in Spain. He says he was responsible for the USS Cole. He says he is willing to declare a truce with any European country that promises to not go after Muslims. (Offer not valid in the Americas). He is looking forward to regime change here in the States, and has a plan for that. (Think Spain). I think this ends the 9/11 commission hearings. I think this ends about half of the threads here. I know I will sleep much better now, knowing we went right after the guy that did it, and that no more money will be spent on the 9/11 witchunt. From my house, Mecca is a cardinal heading of 087 degrees magnetic, 6747 nautical miles east. You might want to find out where it is from your house, you are gonna be facing that direction 3 times a day next year. |
I bet some democrat is going to come on here and say the message from Osama is fake and was generated by George Bush to take the heat off of him!
|
Hey...Singe...Why do U think I live in the desert, have bin growing my beard long, bin praying to Mecca, put a rag on my head and have changed my name to Abdula the Magnificient.... I'm prepared for when they win....Praise be Allah....Allah is Good....now where is my sword?

I don't believe a word of that. The democrats and french have clearly proven that George Bush and a group of Vietnam era ANG deserters were flying all those planes on 911 and somehow manged to escape afterward. We know it was a plot hatched in the '60s by the new world order that ensured GW went to fight school in the Air National Guard and then deserted. Fotunately Dick Cheney and Haliburton were able to forge GW's military records in between starting those wars for oil and visits to China to arrange more job outsourcing.. |

Osama and his ilk are obviously an oppressed and misunderstood class, and can never hope to be treated fairly, status quo. This latest tape really drives home that point. Compassionate conservatism my ass! GWB needs to be ousted immediately - this can't wait for a regularly scheduled November election. As soon as the new administration is in place, I for one would like to see some programs created to right all these wrongs. Let's ladle out some money for awareness programs, sensitivity training, amnesty and reparations to Al Qaeda members, etc. How about a government housing program for displaced Al Qaeda? After all, caves are hardly tolerable living conditions. This is all the fault of the current administration - if these hawks hadn't driven these poor religious guys into caves, they'd be happily and peacefully enjoying their lives right now. Gosh my heart just bleeds!! |

Why can't Osama be content with the liberals plans of regime change here in the States? |
Island!
What makes you think the liberals' misplaced sympathies AREN"T part of the OBL plan? |
|
When did John Kerry ever say he was going to be soft on terrorism?
Bush sure effed it up by going to Iraq. That's a huge success that did little for terrorism, except insite (sp?) some crazy Iraqis to killing US troops. You know, the way some Iraqis are acting, maybe Saddam was right in executing them. |

It's hard to find a war Kerry hasn't been soft on. |

D'oh !
You're correct. . .I feel so ashamed .. . .it is not breaking news. This was back when OBL was first planting the Kerry for pres plot. |
Seriously though, you lib's (and "independents" ;) ;) )have been pretty quiet on this.
Do any of you really expect Kerry to be as much of a hard-ass, on anti-terrorism, as Bush has been? Do any of you expect OBL will go back to his smaller hits of the Clinton years, with a Kerry in at the helm? |
I don't know. I think Iraq and OBL are two different things. One could envision a president that would look for a graceful exit out of Iraq while still going after OBL.
|
war lords, dictators, etc all have to supply their servants with a common enemy to keep them from revolting to the failed system they are told to believe in.
war is timeless, and has been understood by many since day one. so 2 questions ? 1] do you believe we are at war ? 2] are you more afraid of your gov't than OBL & friends ? |
1 yes
2 govt wants me alive and paying taxes; OBL wants me dead and dead as soon as possible. |
ah, yes, Todd; 'Iraq and OBL. . .two different things.'
'Action against OBL was under-stepped & action against Saddam was over-stepped' .. . .something like that? I think the PO'd Iraqies can thank OBL for placing his stick in our hornets nest. We wouldn't be kicking butts in the middle east, now; if not for OBL's murderous attacks. The Iraq war may be picking on a small target . . an over-step. Though, as a demonstration, to the world, it sends a clear message, that we are in no mood to take any crap from anyone. I just hope we are a long ways away from nukuler(sic) message exchanges. |
I still think that Ed's post concerning the Euro/Dollars for Oil is the most convincing argument as to why we are "kicking butts" in Iraq. And in fact both (the terrorism argument and the euro/dollar argument) are about "preserving the American way of life", albeit with different ramifications and trajectories.
