Remove paint from concrete?

It might not seem like alot but it is sporadically all over the slab. On the stone shot that is just one spot of many along the railing and grout/ stone line. Maybe I am being a little anal but it is a brand new home.

Thanks for all the help. I will try Zekes method after I hear from the builder. Dont want them blaming me for messing things up.
