How can I stop the "You have a PM" pop up?

After I've already read the PM, the window keeps coming back like I'm getting another PM. This has been going on since Wayne started messing with the server. Does this happen to others?

I guess I'll either have to disable the notification feature or PM's altogether unless someone knows how to fix it.

OK, I'm gonna disable the notification. I guess if I remember to check them, I'll get them.
