geeks comment on f1 and other racing
slashdot is a place where all sorts of technology/computer/geek minded people comment on all sorts of stuff. its news for nerds, stuff that matters. (They are also capable of taking nearly any un-prepared website down in a few minutes just by sooo much traffic being directed at once. This is known as the /. effect.)
Anyway, one of the main page articles today is the technology of F1 racing. As typical, it quickly degenerates into general racing stuff. If you want to avoid the trolls, etc. change your browse level to 2 or 3 - there is a random moderation system to bring good topics to the top of the list.
