OT Home inspector needed near DE/Philly
Lets hope a local 911 owner knows of a good home inspector that works in the DE/PA area. I just bought a house and need to have about 5 different inspections done

Check with your City Inspector...some of those guys moonlight as pre-purchase inspectors, ask them if they can recommend someone. I got the head inspector at the Neighboring city to do mine.

I live in Montgomery county (15 min from Philly) and I used Peach Inspections twice. Once for the home I bought and one time on a home I did not. These guys are straight shooters. http://www.peachinspections.com/ Chris

You might also try a guy named Barry Bornstein. He is very knowledgeable and is nicknamed "the deal breaker." His reports are very thorough. Real estate agents hate to see him, which I think is a good thing. He is in the Jenkintown area. Good luck.
