Done deal.
Instead of the 03 model, I bought a pre-owned 04 Tundra w/ 13k mi. I paid $20,800. Way under blue book. Asking price was $24,800 and the internet price was $22,800. I got all the options/colors I wanted. Definately worth the 100 mi drive. Thanks for everyone's help. Believe it or not, I probably utilized at least one thing for everyone's reply. Very nice! From my internet searches I've always thought that TX (seemingly the truck capitol) was the place to score a good used truck. That truck will last you a long long time.
