How do you put a little picture under your name?

Can anyone tell me how to get one of those nifty little pictures under my name.

Would it help if I came over and did it for you?
1. go to used CP
2. click on edit options
3. scroll to bottom of page
4. At bottom on left hand side click on change avatar
5. scroll to bottom of page
6. click on '"browse" after sentence that reads "you can upload an avatar from your computer.
