				World's wildest police chases

Had this on (background noise) while PhotoShopping today, and there was a chase of a black Targa that was great fun to watch.

With their typically wildly inaccurate narration, they referred to the long-hood 911 as "turbocharged" and I have to say, for a guy who stole his boss' car, the perp did a pretty good job until he had an episode of brain fade. Still he recovered, and prolly would have beaten all the Crown Vics if he hadn't collided with a soccer mom. Hard not to cheer for the 'bad guy' when he's driving an early 911...

He lost out in the end to having an engine in the rear. Swapping end for end on a bend in the road, did him in. I agree he did a good job (sic) there for a while.

I was looking for a date when this happened but I couldn't see it anywhere on the police video. They say the car was trashed after it smacked into the other vehicle.

One of my staff told me the story today. Fantastic, as I understand. Very skilled amateur, outran the police for quite some time. No video from him, either. There's a word forming slowly in my mind, and I think it's ... "jacka$$?" Yes, that's it, "jacka$$."

I like to watch that show. I saw that episode. About time someone had a nice car to run with. What a douchbag that narrater is. Most of the time they are running with a POS at oooohhhh 100 mph. Of course they are in a POS. I like to see them blow the motors after some hard running.
