Joe.

1) That's mighty bold for your 2nd post.
2) You might want to attribute the link to the first guy who posted it on this board on the targa rant thread.

Now stepping off of my soap box.

This 1st rule in posting needs to be indentifying what kind of file you are linking to. If you are linking to a damn movie, say so. I'm on DSL now and I still don't have time for things like that to load. Can you imagine what the dial up people think? Waste of time. I feel like I've been suckerd and it pisses me off.

If you notice, the professional posters like Jack Olsen (and many others whom I respect) give the size of the file in the title or in the text.

I agree - put the type of post there so we don't waste time.

I too someday hope to graduate to DSL.

Hey Zeke, sorry you had to take the time to click on a link that said "Newbie's Check in Here"! By the looks of your # of Posts you are not a newbie so if you didn't have the time to click and you certainly are not a Newbie you just wasted your own time! If you knew anything about computers you would know that it doesn't upload anything to your computer so the time with DSL or dial up is extremely minimal (seconds). As for you being suckered?? If you feel that clicking a link suckered you, you have bigger problems than clicking a link!
Just trying to have a little fun so relax

Ah, c'mon guys; it was pretty funny. I have DSL, virus protect, Zone Alarm and updated system software, so the chances of anything getting in the box are minimal. Electronic condoms allows all sorts of fast access.

i did not open it. i did not trust the link no how. but it takes balls to get in an old salt like zeke's dugout on your 2nd post. hell it took me a year to piss zeke off, and i did that by a misplaced painter blast unknowingly.
