Just have to go back to this...

So...on with the Peterson trial...

http://www.cnn.com/2004/LAW/09/08/peterson.trial.ap/index.html

Once of the main pieces of evidence for the prosecution is couple of strands of hair found in Scott's boat.

Well - as a juror I think I would have a hard time even considering that as a possible piece of evidence. A girl's got long hair - how many of your wives have long hair?

Mine does - and I find the stuff everywhere. Not like she sheds or anything but seriously - it's everywhere.

It's in the car, it's on my clothes, it's on my book bag that I carry to work. So - how in the world could these hairs gotten on peterson's boat?

I don't know if he's guilty or innocent but I have no doubt that he's a prick for cheating on his wife.

I find my dog's hair at work. The dog has never been to work. It was his boat kept at his house (wasn't it?). It's highly likely that some of her hair might have fallen in the boat.

But, just because their case is falling apart doesn't mean he didn't kill her.

Wasn't this the boat she supposedly knew nothing about? It might be hard to explain her hair in the boat if she knew nothing of it.
"Prosecutors say the hair found on the boat is significant because, they contend, Laci Peterson was never on the boat and was even unaware her husband had bought one."

that is correct.

I went down to my garage recently - my wife Never goes in the garage. Ever - She thinks there are big hairy spiders down there (wonder where she got that idea from) so she stays out even when I invite her. I find her hair in the strangest of places - in my tool boxes of all places and she would never touch those greasy porsche oil covered things but there it is. Wife's hair where she's never been.

How does your dog hair get to work?

I don't know if he is innocent or guilty but a couple of hairs a murder does not make.

If I post the pics then I really will need a good attorney and I don't want to encourage anyone to reciprocate-too much exposure if you know what I mean . . .

Is that a picture of a good attorney or a good picture of an attorney or a picture of an attorney with good hair. Please lets try to be more specific.

I'm assuming on my clothes. I think he sheds in my bag as well.

SCott is as innocent as OJ. PUllezzee. if he was just another schmuk that muirdered his wife (as the case thousands of times over in the US), he would be locked up for life on a lot less evidence.

this lucky M=fker has media circus going, they've made him into a celebrity, his chances of getting off are now a lot greater, esp. with his low-life celeb. defen. atty.

I'll second that. Calling his mistress during a vigil for his wife - WOW what a f*#%ing dirt bag. That alone should convince any jury member that he was involved. If he gets off I hope some *random* person tosses him into the bay on a cold dark night.

That proves nothing. Don't get me wrong, my gut feeling is that he did it too. But that's not enough to convict him.

At least the juror that was dismissed today was seen going home in a white 911!

Vash - where did you go after work today? Pick up any ex-jurors on the way home?

Might I suggest a procedure know as a 'Brazilian' which will solve this problem.

Is this procedure similar to a Columbian necktie?
