Can I just share some good news
So, my favorite online community, needed to share some good news for a change...Porsche is running like a champ so no tech questions...just news...
3 things: 1) Wife and I are having a baby in March, this will be #3 for us, already have a 5 1/2 year old daughter and a 2 1/2 year old son 2) We just bought a new house (see item 1 above) really nice, great neighborhood in our current town, where we've wanted to be since we moved into town 4 years ago. Nothing overly extravagant but we're not that type of people, best part, huge garage that will actually hold 2 cars! 3) Today we sold our current house for $150K more then we bought it for 4.5 years ago to a contractor who brings cash on the table, no inspection and is fine with our closing date! Just had to share, since no one that I know is actually answering their phones! Adam

Yeah, our town is exploding. Different contractor just bought a house across the street for around $400K and just tore it down and is putting an $800K house on quite literally a postage stamp lot.
Ours aparently is not being torn down, just significantly expanded. The contractor "needed a winter project," his wish is my command....

Adam I'm like you in thinking Pelican really is a community. Sometimes I can't wait to get here and shout out something good or ***** about something bad because I know I am always going to get support here. CONGRATULATIONS!
