governor will declare/act on bill when?

now that the cal smog bill ab2683 is on the governor's desk how can we determine when he will act on it? i am getting updates on the bill by email from the state legislation and senate and dont know if the govs choice will be updated there. i have done a few searches and you get the same old arnie stuff again and again.

he has been vetoing bills left and right the last week and i have had no idea how its determined what he acts on and when.

any help here?
