Box Liners - spray 'em or paint 'em?

I finally landed that ultimate dream vehicle - a shiny new B3000 dual sport!!! Two wheel drive none-the-less. I plan to be the envy of the guys at the local dump on a Saturday morning real soon.

So - that box liner to round out the image and extend the life of this little beaut... should it be the plastic bolt-in type or that snazzy new spray on stuff?

Spray in Rhino liner! It is just sticky/grippy enough that things stay where you put them. I had a plastic liner in a previous truck and anything not tied down would slide around with every turn, start or stop.

Spray in or the DIY paint on. The slide in liner will beat the paint up.

I like a rubber mat in the back, stuff doesn't slide around, and I can remove it for cleaning/power washing. Then you could always paint the liner later, if the factory paint gets beat up.

Has anybody done LineX on a trailer? I was thinking about it for my open steel rig as the factory paint sux. A finish with a bit of texture would help additionally with traction too. The bed is diamondplate but sand or moisture can make it fairly treacherous to load the car. (I guess a winch would also solve most of that issue.)
