Does it ever strike you guys just how strong the Republican negative publicity mahcine is - for instance, with the exception of the Oomp Loompa one, this stuff all gets created on the net incredibly quickly as those in the blogosphere try to outdo one another in a glorious wankfest.

Far, far less appear to me to be made (or at least widely distributed) about Bush than Kerry.

The reason I find it interesting is that I would have thought that "conservatives" would take the moral high ground. But nope - its left to liberals (like me, haha) ;)

I don't know, maybe it's just me....but I think there's a big difference between believing an INDIVIDUAL who admittedly has an agenda and believing the intelligence reports of SEVERAL COUNTRIES including our own. But again, maybe that's just me.

I'm trying to understand quite how this discussion is flowing, and it's not quite coming together for me. Let me recap:
1 - Cons come out with a picture showing Kerry attempting to repair the weaknesses of his physical appearance to be more appealing to more voters.
2 - Libs come out with crotch-shots of Bush and Lara Croft. I'm not sure I follow the point of this exercise, except perhaps to note that Bush has something, while Lara Croft does not. Apparently sex ed utterly failed for some of us. For those of you who missed it, men and women are different.
3 - Cons point out that Kerry himself has made a point of his physical appearance, specifically in deflection of issues. As in "Here's an issue, let's talk about how good I look, instead."
4 - Libs argue that the Cons brought up the issue, because they can't discuss Real Issues. Libs then claim that Bush is "Like a rock, only dumber." This statement, while apropos of nothing, clearly contains a lot of useful discussion about The Real Issues.

How am I doing?
