Downloading Picture Options

I used to have the option of downloading pics in a number of formats, but now, for reasons unknown to me, I can only download in BMP. There are no other options available. How do I fix this?

While the download (upload?) says you can do *.jpeg . . .they need to be labled as jpg.

Change the extension, see if that does it.

edit: nevermind. .. you are talking downloading.

I assume this is a windows thing...
If you can't get the options to come back, you can always open a .bmp file in paint or your favorite picture editor and save it as a .jpg

IE does that when you cache is full. Tools | Internet Options | Delete files
