John Kerry Declares Himself the President
But that darn Consitution is in the way.
Due to14th Amendment, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution, which states, "No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President" having previously taken an oath to support the Constitution of the United States who has "engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof." He is ineligable to be President. Larry Klayman is ready to file the lawsuit forcing the Law to be upheld. http://news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/ap/20041021/ap_on_el_pr/kerry_day_after_strategy_12 "Right now, we have 10,000 lawyers out in the battleground states on Election Day, and that number is growing by the day," said Michael Whouley, a Kerry confidant who is running election operations at the Democratic National Committee . |

What really scares me...is Steve is right. If Kerry wins, and the lawyers win, then John Edwards becomes President. "I'm a Lawyer too, ya know."

In Britain, if the incumbent PM loses, he has to be out that night. No wonder the British are advising us on how to vote.
What a sham. Thinking countries (read: not puppet countries like Afghanistan) believe we can't dispell democracy to foreign regions, let alone host viable elections. This confirms, I imagine, that they're correct.

![]() I suppose it would. ![]() hmmmm. . . ya know, I think I would rather have the Breck Girl as POTUS over Kerry. I think he would be less quick to sell us out. Also, while congress would surely make either of them their bicth, Edwards would take it with that girlish giggle and a few kilocycles of eye bats. ![]() Way more entertaining.

Oh crap! When did Kerry attempt to overthrow the government??!?!?!
rebellion, insurrection, revolt, rising, uprising -- (organized opposition to authority; a conflict in which one faction tries to wrest control from another) Protesting a war is different, even if you lie thru your teeth when you do it. It's something we're allowed to do in this country... If you don't like that, move. |

One small problem.... 1. Kerry didn't "engate in insurrection or rebellion against the same". I don't remember Kerry tryng to overthrow the government. 2. Kerry didn't "give aid or comfort to the enemies thereof." I don't recall Kerry aiding and comforting the enemies. Please outline what "aid" he gave to the enemies. |

"Aid or comfort to the enemy" is anything that is not in lock-step with the current Administration.
