More Democracy at Risk
There was a Poll done by the AP...that apx 60% Repblicans and 70% of Democrats believe that the election will be decided by the courts.... that "Americans are growing skeptical of the election process they once took for granted."
Further I listened to David Boies on C Rose....Gores attorney in 2000.. He basically said that what happened in 2000 was Bad ffor America....that having the courts decide the outcome has caused the USA to lose the credibility of it's Institutions not only at home but in the world.. Further that in 2000 the country was divided but there really wasn't animosity...In 2004 not only are we divided but there is an air of animosity as well. Remember ...I said the USA could suffer a court challenge twice but a third time is going to be it.. 3 strikes and your out...
