No, there will always be crackpots out there. It is Bush’s fault that that the war on terror has somehow turned into a crusade to convert the Middle East to ‘our ways’, thereby expanding OBL’s potential recruitment base from only the most wacko evil fundamentalists to any Muslim that believes that innocent Iraqi lives are equally as valuable as innocent American ones.
