"Ultimate" tool junkie

The following classified was in this morn's OREGONIAN:
"ULTIMATE" Snap-on tools storage and tools. $200K+ invested, sacrifice for $50K OBO. Call for details 503-349-6549

I'm thinking a retiring pro? But gawd, even for a pro, isn't $200K a TON to spend on tools? For us mere homeowner tool junkies, I'm thinking buy a new car, as soon as warranty expires buy another, ad infitum...then no need for $200K spent on tools. $200K would buy a lot of cars...or one really great one?
