To All of the Non Porsche Owning OT Posters

During the election, due to our emotions, a lot of things were said that probably shouldn't have been said. But now that the election is over, you will find that deep down inside, we are here because we are a family with a common interest of Porsches. I suggest you remember that before some of you continue with your personal attacks. The election is over and you might want to find another place to hang out.

I second that. I would still buy a valve adjustment tool from island in a minute. I still think he would sell me one. I hope that that the rest of the rabble rousers go back under the rocks they came out from under.

It will be nice to check the tech side 1st again and browse the OT for pics of chicks only.

Or, if you don't go away, you should take the following oath:

I do solemnly swear that Porsche is the best sports car company in the world. There is no substitute. While I do not have a Porsche today, I will seek to aquire one as soon as possible, even if it means the kids go hungry, and the wife leaves me...

Or something like that...

I'd modify the oath slightly:

Now they make trucks and Ford Contour look-alikes. While I do not have an aircooled Porsche today, I will seek to aquire one as soon as possible, even if it means the kids go hungry, and the wife leaves me...

I'm with Blue on this one...If I ever won "the lottery of life", a Porsche dealership wouldn't be seeing my shadow darken their door. A FORD perhaps...but dunno if my huge old bod would fit in their GT...

I have taken to looking at the date the poster joined. RennList started kicking the rabble rousers out in Jan2004. It seemed like the worst ones here all joined on or AFTER that date.

or you can just do what i do

ignore the political threads.

After all, no liberal is going to convince any conservative to change their minds, and no conservative is going to convince any liberal to change their minds. So I just stay out of it.

That whooshing sound is the sound you hear just before your timing belt breaks.

Actually, I hear Superman and RedUFO voted for Bush. They came around after reading Cramer's and Slacker's convincing arguments.

Why make them own a Porsche? As long as they make a purchase from PP then the ownership requirement can be waived.

I hope someone goes in here and erases all the politcal posts and cleans it up. Honestly.....do any of you older porsche guys do anything else then spend your whole day arguing politcs? Its like trying to play SOCOM2. You play against some loser kid that has no life and plays it alll day long and whoops your ass at it. The point? it gets boring quickly.
